I was having some trouble deciding what to make my next character, and I started wondering what the board "needed" in terms of diversity (that is to say, what demographics were balanced and what demographics we could use more of). In the process of wondering, I made up a small list of the board's character demographics so far (as of 12/26/2014). I thought that posting it here might help when anyone is looking to create characters for the future. It might serve as a little inspiration to look and see what we may or may not have a lot of.
(As we can continue on, I can also separate this by DAO, DA2, and DAI RPs as well. So far, these are just the DAO character demographics.)
(Edit: Should also note that these are OCs only - canon characters (minus PCs like the Warden, Hawke, and Inquisitor, who are basically OCs) aren't counted in this list.)
(Note: Given the lore of the Dragon Age world, half-elves are entirely or almost entirely human (see: Alistair), so I've classified them under Human with the rest of the Human sub-categories. Changeling don't canonically exist in the DA world so I also put them under the Human sub-category, since Drake appears to be human.)
