HELP HELP I'VE FALLEN AND I CAN'T GET BACK UP!!

I like the overall theme yo'uve chosen for the site : all smooth and sober.
If I can make a few suggestions, they would address the portfolio section. I know I'm kind of a category freak, but I feel like all presented works should belong to at least one category, so that by navigating the upper menu, one can access any of your works through the category it belongs to : right now only four of them can be accessed through category-navigation.
Also, I think that the main "portfolio" page should show the different categories instead of each individual work : that would help, in my opinion, to sort out the different pictures, and give more coherence and organization to the whole. I don't know if I'm making myself clear, it's a bit hard to put into words.
Finally, I don't know if it's possible, but I think you could ditch the header in any page that's not the homepage. Especially for the portfolio page, again, it would make it so that clicking on the "portfolio" button would display all your works right on the page, without having to scroll down under the tree.
Then again, it's all said without knowing what's temporary and what has not yet even been touched.
